EP&I Infrastructure Lead APAC

The EP&I Infrastructure Lead APAC will support Bayer's digital transformation by delivering IT infrastructure products and services like connectivity, cloud, compute, site digitalization across all the Asia Pacific countries. He/She will be part of a highly motivated team with outstanding people and closely collaborate with IT and Business Partners in global and regional projects.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the APAC Infrastructure team and handle the portfolio of Infrastructure products and services for all countries and sites in APAC (SDWAN, SASE, WAN, LAN, Wireless, Server, Compute, SAN, Storage Cloud)
• Serve as a trusted technology advisor & consultant for IT infrastructure
• Apply ITSM principles in the management of Infrastructure incidents / requests in the APAC region to ensure they are resolved as quickly as possible
• Manage outsourcing partners to deliver reliable infrastructure services.
• Implement global and regional infrastructure projects.
• Perform Change Management primarily for the local organization while ensuring a comprehensive perspective
• Support countries in performing the "last mile integration" for infrastructure services

WHO YOU ARE:

Bachelor's Degree with several years of relevant functional and leadership experience * Open-minded and enjoy working in a global and diverse team

• Posess knowledge in several infrastructure areas, especially for networks (LAN & WLAN), Firewalls, and Server
• Posess experience in ITIL and Project Management
• Self-starter with high learning agility
• Poses strong collaboration skills and know how to build trustful relationships
• Strong communciations skills in English
