Manage Green Rating process of projects and ensure target achievement, such as GBI, LEED, Green Mark, Greenship etc. Mechanical experience including dynamic simulation - IES, CFD Project management for local and overseas projects (e.g. design, computation, M&E, facilitation & advisory, etc.) Prepare reports and presentations for project submissions. Conduct all necessary calculations, such as ACMV system, lighting, landscape, etc. Other adhoc related tasks

Job Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Good to possess work experience in related field Can work independently as well as in small teams Able to meet tight deadlines and multi-task Good communication skills, both verbal and writing skills, with attention to detail Good report writing skills Strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop relationships and communicate with all levels of management. Proficient Microsoft Office and other IT software.
