What the role is:Estate Manager (Sales Planning)What you will be working on:As an Estate Manager (EM) in the Sales Department\'s Planning Section, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimising our flat allocation process. You will collaborate with technical teams to administer and enhance our flat allocation systems and processes, including addressing enquiries from customers and internal stakeholders. You will also conduct requirement studies to implement system and process improvements that support new housing policies and operational procedures. Aside from these, you will evaluate work-process improvements and their business impact, by bridging the operations and technical aspects. In addition, you will participate in projects which look to innovate service delivery using technology, such as contributing to HDB\'s ongoing plans to further digitalise the flat buying process. During your employment, you may also be rotated to take on the role of a Customer Relations Manager, to deliver quality services to applicants and residents of HDB flats and facilitate home ownership. You will be involved in assessing applicants\' eligibility to buy a new/resale HDB flat, receive CPF housing grants and take an HDB housing loan, providing guidance towards informed housing and prudent financing decisions or processing of the sale or resale transactions of HDB flats. You will assess and respond to appeals from customers who deviate from the eligibility conditions to buy an HDB flat, prepare case reports and draft submissions for management\'s consideration for deserving cases. Your duties also include the day-to-day liaison with applicants/residents, solicitors and relevant agencies.What we are looking for:
