Job Description
Kerry Consulting is currently partnering with a Leading InsurTech company to hire for an EUS Engineer.
Role
Reporting to EUS Lead, you are to provide day-to-day operation of end-user technology support.
You are responsible to setup, install and configure mobility devices as needed. Not limiting to maintain and troubleshoot AV, lighting, and other related equipment for on-site and remote support of online events, such as large-scale video conference, online presentation, and webinars.
Requirements
- At least 5 years experience in EUS, supporting >1000 users.
- Strong working knowledge on front-end operation of M365, Edge Browser, MS Teams, Zoom.
- Experienced in supporting VIP/VVIP and providing white-glove service on any technology request.
- You are self-driven and displays a positive attitude and enthusiasm towards Technology.
- You possess excellent stakeholder management with effective communication skills.
