Our client is one of the leading Chemicals firms Responsibilities:

• Identifying process capabilities, develop, optimize and implement new technology to improve throughput.
• Manage sub-contractors in engaging their services and ensure safety rules are enforced during their course of work within company premise.
• Prepare or execute technical studies and process validation assessments, protocols, and reports
• Participate in Process Safety Assessments
• Ensure production safety requirements are implemented and followed accordingly
• Assist in the development and upgrading of Quality Management System
• Assist and contribute to Production / Engineering / Warehouse improvement initiatives
• Contribute to Identification of production / engineering root cause, implement corrective and preventive measures
• Assist in technology transfer and implementation of new equipment and technologies
• Assist in execution of training program, setting up of documentation and procedural control for current and new equipment
• Assist in the implementation and function of continuous improvement program
• Assist in develop maintenance plan for all process-related equipment and oversee that the plan is executed effectively

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering related disciplines
• At least 2-3 years of agro-chemical/chemical manufacturing experience is required
• Good verbal & written skill
• A good team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Able to multi-task
• Able to work under pressure

• Location \xe2\x80\x93 Transport Provided at Lakeside / Boon Lay MRT
