DESIGNATION : EUS Tools Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES
EUS Tools Specialist designs, maintains and monitors enterprise system software(s) that is used by all employees of NTUC Group of Social Enterprises. Candidate needs to understand the underlying processes used by the organization, design and configure the system software to support the processes. General systematic analysis skills and knowledge of the development platform(s) is required. Candidate also needs good communication skills and a 'service-minded' attitude, since she or he is likely to be a support contact point for the EUS team members, on installation and other tool troubleshooting issues. Technical Skills: Google Workspace, Jira Service Management, ZenDesk, Microsoft Office, OKTA, Microsoft Active Directory, File and Print Services
QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5-8 years work experience in IT Tech Support OR relevant certification
  • Strong understanding of computer hardware & software (macOS/iOS)
  • Evidenced problem-solving skills, comfortable navigating ambiguity
  • Thrives in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment
