From daybreak to dusk, the creations of our Fragrance Development team capture the hearts of consumers around Asia. Based in Pioneer, Singapore and reporting to the Category Director, you\'ll join our team, who are passionate shapers of the Fine Fragrance category. We are looking for someone with interest or experience in Fine Fragrance world that allows Givaudan to establish itself as the market leader of the category.

Your role will include:

Responsible for briefs relating to a category/country/region or customer under the guidance of Senior Developers

Help win briefs by selecting suitable fragrances to meet customer needs

Manage the collection and ensure it agreement on our needs

Write fragrance descriptions linked to marketing trends

Participate in proactive Development projects

Start to collaborate directly with Perfumers to develop fragrance themes

Understand and adhere to the Best Practices

Work with sales colleagues throughout the project process to ensure meeting of customer requirements

Collaborate with relevant marketing colleagues for trends information and internal and client presentations

Your professional profile includes:

University degree in any field of study

3 to 10 years of experience in fragrance development for preferably in the Fine Fragrance segment within the South East Asia market

Experience with industry and sales landscape for country, segment, category, or specific geographic area, including competitors and regulatory guidelines which also includes experience working directly with clients

Experience describing and assessing fragrance at all touch points for the category.

Experience formulating simple directions for perfumers with rationale Knowledge of the gallery.

Experience leading all required functional steps in the brief handling processes.

Consumer Understanding.

Basic knowledge of CMI testing protocols and procedures .

Olfactory consumer understanding in given category fragrance category
