In Singapore, with passion and practise you\'ll work together with your team to look for new ways to exceed our customers\' expectations and deliver value beyond their dreams - and, as they grow, so will we.
You will be based in the Creative Centre for Fragrances, reporting directly to the Category Marketing Manager Personal Care.
Your role will include:
Build in-depth market and consumer understanding for assigned product categories (Fine Fragrances)
Understand latest trends partnering with other countries (ie China) and regions
Provide input to the Category team and Sales on market gaps and opportunities
Collaborate with Consumer Marketing Insights team to input into consumer-centric programmes
Develop standard presentations around capabilities, business knowledge and fragrance space
Identify client brand \'white space\' and create new concept directions including creation of concept: writing, visuals, collaborating with creative team for synergies with olfactive recommendations
Initiate and guide new creative marketing programmes in the region
Localise global trends to regional needs
Create client presentations, tailoring Givaudan value proposition to specific needs of the client and delivering the presentations to the client
Work with Sales and Evaluation to establish appropriate olfactory direction to win briefs
Help design and implement creative workshops together with the regional teams to address client needs
Foster sharing amongst marketing team members across categories and regions
Support PR and communication operations

Your professional profile includes:
University Degree/Business/Marketing or (or equivalent) with at least 5 to 10 years of direct industry experience or from the luxury beauty industry, in marketing or a related field. Experience working on the Agency or client-side would be an added advantage
Knowledge of Digital environment a must with Mastery of Design tool being an added advantage
Experience with B2B and B2C marketing principles
Understanding of client strategy, initiatives, priorities and launch processes
Customer/Client relationship skills to develop relationships with clients
Sense of aesthetics and creative vision
Great storytelling and compelling presentation skills
Background in mixed methodologies, and multi-source data integration
Good sensory and olfactory skills
