Job Description
The employer is a Singapore-based boutique consulting firm that provides Market Development services to clients from Europe and North America. It acts as SE Asia Representative Office for several European trade organizations and regularly organises trade events in different coties in Asia. It supports clients with a wide range of promotional events; helps them find Buyers, Distributors, Agents, or JV Partners; and advises them on setting up manufacturing facilities and sales offices. To support its continuing growth, our client is looking for:

Location: CBD Area, Singapore
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will support senior consultants in planning and execution of B2B trade events in different countries in Asia. Specific responsibilities include:
- Secondary research on different industry sectors in Asia
- Maintain an updated database through Internet-based research and phone calls
- Email campaigns
- Logistics coordination and operations
Ideal candidates will have:
- About 0-2 years experience in Events, or Market Research and related areas
- Internet research abilities
- Good telephone and general conversation skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English. Knowledge of Asian languages will be an advantage.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills. Hands-on.
- Independent. Positive, "Can Do" attitude.
- Willingness to learn and to work in small teams.
