Establish a deep-rooted understanding of the client\xe2\x80\x99s unique event needs and requirements. This includes providing necessary floor plans, conducting site inspection, liaising with service providers etc.
Attentively service clients, by understanding and responding to clients in a perceptive, relevant, and confident manner.
Help plan an event in accordance with client objectives and requirements, and pro-actively identify and address gaps and potential problems based on venue\xe2\x80\x99s capability.
Negotiate and liaise with third party vendors/caterers for quotations and event setup requirements
Work as part of a team to execute events flawlessly, trouble-shoot and problem-solve on-site, and also manage and service clients throughout.
Perform closing of ledgers in EBMS and ensure proper documentation of all related charges and operational matters
Job Requirements
Diploma or bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Events & Hospitality, Business Administration, or other related fields.
1-2 years relevant work experience in event operations with virtual event component, or related fields as an added advantage.
