Awesomedia is looking for a
tech-savvy and resourceful IT Support Technician
to keep our systems, network, and devices running smoothly across our office and event operations.Responsibilities:
Provide on-site and remote IT support for hardware, software, and network issues Maintain company computers, printers, and equipment Set up and troubleshoot network connections, CCTV, and Wi-Fi systems Support event setup with IT-related configurations (e.g. LED system, media players, routers) Manage data backup and basic cybersecurity measures Assist with general technical and ad-hoc support when needed
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of Windows, networking, and computer hardware Able to troubleshoot and solve technical problems independently Responsible, organized, and willing to learn Diploma / Degree in Computer Science Possess Class 3 licence an advantage
