Responsibilities:
Overseeing end-to-end event planning and execution, from initial layout design to final teardown, including floor plans, event set-up, and technical requirements.
Managing vendor relationships, sourcing and negotiating contracts for services and equipment, and ensuring quality and compliance.
Developing and managing event budgets, timelines, and production schedules to ensure all milestones are met within scope.
Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to execute a cohesive event strategy.
Leading on-site event staff, including team coordination, delegation of duties, and performance management.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor Degree and above
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the hospitality/lifestyle industry
Able to accept shift work that includes night duties and commit to working on weekends and public holidays
Able and willing to travel between venues to assist with on-site event coordination
