Job Summary: The Hotel Event Executive is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events,
meetings, and conferences hosted at the hotel. They work closely with clients to understand their needs
and preferences, coordinate with various departments within the hotel, and ensure that all aspects of the
event are executed flawlessly. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and customer
service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Liaison:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and understand their event requirements.
• Provide information on available event spaces, packages, and pricing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and return

business support.

2. Event Planning:

• Collaborate with clients to create customized event proposals, including budgets and

timelines.

• Coordinate with various departments (catering, audio-visual, housekeeping, etc.) to meet

client needs.

• Ensure that all event-related materials and equipment are set up and functioning correctly.

3. On-Site Event Management:

• Supervise event setup, ensuring that all elements are in place and running smoothly.
• Be present during events to address any issues or last-minute changes.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities

• Achieves both Individual and Team revenues as well as profit goals as per hotel budget and forecast.
• Achieves sales objectives and measureable goals set by management in terms of revenue as well as

other financial KPIs based on budget.

• Proactive development of new businesses; telemarketing for new accounts to build up the portfolio;

working closely with the room sales team.

• Strong conversion from prospective businesses on the books to confirmed business in corporate /

wedding solemnizations / social enquiries.

• Presents hotel\'s products and offerings to guest / clients; conducts hotel site inspections
• Efficient negotiation and upselling to maximize revenue.
• Ability to innovate with the hotel offerings and creative selling for both outlets (Sky22 and Las

Palmas) and banquet (Courtyard) venues to meet client needs.

• Ensures the accuracy of bookings, event requirement and restaurant event order at all times.
• Familiarizes with the house system. (Opera, Open Table, SevenRooms)
• Timeliness in responding to enquiries from various platforms, via voice or email communication.
• Focuses on the client experience; to be present pre and post events to provide successful event

management.

Ad Hoc duties

• Assisting with ad hoc duties as and when required to support other hotel departments during times of

need (such as F&B), and to assist GM and DOSM in department-related work.
