Job Description
Our client is a renowned retail leader in Singapore, widely recognized by households. They are currently seeking a dedicated Events and Operations Associate to join their team, supporting their exclusive membership club. Responsibilities:
- Managing customers/members\' enquiries.
- Monthly tracking of membership figures and financial figures.
- Sourcing and liaising with suppliers for premiums and ensure all information is consolidated for event use.
- Planning and coordination of events with relevant stakeholders.
- Sourcing of event venue including on-site recce of event space.
- Brief and work with the Design team on creative assets required.
- Manage enquiries and verification of payment (if any) with the Finance team.
- Planning of actual event execution to ensure the event runs smoothly.
- Diploma holder or equivalent in a relevant discipline in Logistics or Event Management.
- Relevant experience in event or operations management.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexible availability for occasional overtime shifts, including weekday nights and weekends, for events.
- Comfortable with organizing and executing alcohol-related events.
Contract length: 12 months Salary: $1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per month Benefits:
