In this role, you will play a key role in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery. They are looking for an Events Executive to join their expanding team.Adecco is partnering with an established events company boasting over 20 years of experience in Singapore, providing a comprehensive range of services spanning conferences, exhibitions, and corporate events. • Permanent role
• Work location: MacPherson / Ubi
• Work hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm

The Job:

• Assist in the development of event proposals, including budgets, timelines, and creative concepts
• Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, transportation, and accommodation arrangements
• Manage event timelines and schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to secure necessary services and materials for events
• Oversee on-site event setup and coordination of activities, ensuring everything runs smoothly and according to plan

The Talent:

• A relevant qualification in Events Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
• Detailed oriented and resourceful
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
• Good time management skills and ability to multitask
• No experience Required
