Responsibilities: * Supervise and manage all suppliers and contractors working on site * Ensure a smooth operation throughout each event * Required to work closely with the event team members Responsibilities: Supervise and manage all suppliers and contractors working on site Ensure a smooth operation throughout each event Required to work closely with the event team members to collectively produce a successful event Work with all internal adjoining teams and undertake regular meetings to ensure design, promotion and marketing campaigns To handle multiple projects from entry level to large-scale events Logistics management and inventory control of all equipment, materials, and any other items To liaise with the clients to ensure smooth delivery of conference and events (Virtual and In-person) Provide events support, including but not limited to booking of venues, supporting online events, liaise with participants on registration, attending to enquires, maintain proper records, post event feedback, or ad hoc events duties Assist in the organisation and coordination of conference and events Assist the team in any other projects or administrative duties Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Events Management, Marketing, Arts/Social Sciences or equivalent Experience in Virtual / Digital Events is an added advantages Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent skills in advanced Excel. Customer oriented and positive work attitude Organised and meticulous with a keen eye for details Able to handle big volume of data excel transactions Able to work overtime when required for events Good time management
