Sales Support

Supporting Account Managers\xe2\x80\x99 operation tasks and queries
Processing customer orders and delivery
Liaise with Customers, Account Managers, Warehouse staff and Logistics companies
Managing customer returns, including issuing Return Authority numbers, processing credit claims and replacement

Marketing Support

Managing Digital Marketing, including website, email marketing and social media platforms
Efficient management of customer conversations and queries on social media
To create digital marketing materials for promotion of products and sales support

Requirements:

Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising/ Creative Multimedia or equivalent
Graphic, Video Editing Basics
Office Skills including Spreadsheets and Slide Decks.
Be willing and enthusiastic to create, learn, and work with problem-solving mindset
Team player with strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with customers, business partners and working teammates
Fresh graduate with multi-tasking skills and positive working attitudes are welcome
