Events Manager (Restaurant & Bar)
Working Days: Mon to Fri
Working Hours: 9am - 6pm
Working Location: North Bridge Road, Peninsula Plaza, Singapore 179098
Salary: $3500 - $4500 + 1% incentives (based on sales)
We\'re on the lookout for an Events Manager who is armed with at least three years\' experience in a hotel or large Restaurant coordinating corporate and private events. Reports directly to Managing Director
Job Scopes:
- Coordinate all aspects of the day-to-day activities including event proposals and regular sales reports.
- Single-point of contact for all internal and external enquiries for our restaurant outlets.
- Propose new ideas to improve the event planning and implementation process.
- Maintain a calendar of events, festivals, exhibitions and implement a system that enables and anticipates long term planning and effective event management.
- Maintain the guest lists
- Manage events according to the customer requirements.
- Liaise with companies and event organizers to get cooperate events.
- Serve as liaison with vendors and customers on event related matters.
- Hotel or restaurant operations and sales procedures is an advantage along with competent Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
