Job Description

On behalf of one of its clients, an Insights & Strategy Consultancy, the French Chamber of Commerce is looking for a part time Events & Sponsorship Executive.

Our client is a leading subscription-based platform offering insights and data subscriptions to leading luxury brands across different luxury verticals, looking to gain affluent consumers\xe2\x80\x99 market share.

• Manage exclusive luxury roundtables and conferences in key global cities.

• Handle event invitations and maintain the mailing list.

• Liaise with sponsors and senior stakeholders for this new business segment.

• Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to raise awareness of events.

• Establish partnerships in the luxury sector to reach luxury and premium brands.

• Contribute to the design of digital and physical promotional materials.

• Drive sponsorship initiatives for annual luxury events with the senior team.

• Manage the profit and loss (P&L) for each event, with a focus on clear metrics.

• Plan the event calendar and handle logistics, including coordination with hotels, partners, media, PR, and internal marketing campaigns.

• Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a sizeable luxury event management or similar group with 2 years in similar capacity

• Detail oriented, organized, and able to handle a fast-paced environment.

• Possess excellent guest services skills, professional presentation, and sophisticated interpersonal skills.

• Excellent verbal communication skills is a must
