Job Description

As the EVP, Head of HR, South East Asia you will act as a strategic HR business partner to unify talent and provide a strong HR voice across the SEA markets (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Thailand). You will lead the teams and partner with market leaders to develop programs covering multiple HR activities, to facilitate the firm's ability to meet its business objectives through talent management strategies. You will also play a key role in helping us to achieve our overall goal of being the #1 most desired agency to work for in APAC.

Overseeing a team across multiple markets in SEA, you will serve as a strategic partner and act as the interface between HR and business leaders through designing and implementing the HR strategy, which is aligned with the SEA business strategy. You will act as player/coach to the HR team and business leaders across SEA focusing on driving attraction, retention and engagement, learning and development, DEI performance management, and culture initiatives. In this fast-paced role, you will drive best practices, change management initiatives, and continuously strive to improve processes to ensure alignment with business objectives, strategies, and internal/external trends.

As the ideal candidate, you will have solid people/talent/HR-related experience ideally gained within a service-based industry or similar. You will have first-class written and verbal communication skills as well as an advanced ability to creatively, proactively, and persuasively influence company culture. A deep understanding of applicable employment law across SEA is desired.
