Our client is an established regional maritime engineering and services company with presence across Asia. The company delivered good financial results despite the economic challenges, and is continuing to innovate and grow new business segments. It is now seeking to appoint a Head of Human Resources to strengthen its human resources capabilities.
Responsibilities
This is a great opportunity to journey with an established business as it undergoes strategic business transformation. Managing a team, you will be responsible for the group\'s HR strategy and HR operations, including recruitment, talent management and development, compensation and benefits, HRIS, employee engagement and relations, and culture. You will be instrumental in driving HR transformation and change management to transform the HR function to deliver operational excellence and being commercially focused, in alignment with the company\'s innovation and growth agenda.
Requirements
You are a dynamic human resources leader with relevant Singapore and regional experience gained in gained in maritime engineering or construction sectors. You have experience in driving HR transformation, as well developing group HR policies, frameworks, processes and commercially focused HR solutions in companies with both white and blue collared workers. You are operationally hands on, a change agent who is strategic yet hands on, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
