Job Description

What the role is:This role in the Operations and Technology department will be responsible for analysing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring that technology solutions align with the organization\'s operational goals. This role requires a deep understanding of both business operations and technology, with a focus on driving efficiency, innovation, and strategic initiatives.What you will be working on:

• Work closely with both academic and non-academic staff to ensure smooth management of courses
• Conducts impact analysis on service requests for data patches or change requests
• Monitor and report project budget utilization and timelines
• Lead the development and execution of User Acceptance Testing plans, coordinating with end-users, and taking charge of issue resolution.
• Provide L1 support to address user issues and troubleshoot and work with vendor to resolve system issues.
• Lead initiatives to propose and implement improvements that continuously address evolving business needs.
• Implement robotic process automation and streamlining to improve process and system efficiency.
• Provide general administrative support for the department and maintain proper documentation

What we are looking for:

• A relevant qualification in IT or computing, with a preference for candidates with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Prior working experience in IT business analysis and testing
• Positive attitude towards challenging situations.
• Strong problem-solving skills to understand/diagnose and resolve the issues
• Resourcefulness, with a proven ability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt to changes.
• Comfort in navigating ambiguous situations, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on teamwork.
• Experience in implementing Power Automate/BI and other RPA/visualization tools is an advantage
