What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Singaporean
- Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Sports Sciences/ Management or any other related fields
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications
Shift work: 5-days work week schedule on rotating shift (including PH, Weekend)
Working hours:
AM Shift: 8.30am to 6pm
MID-Shift: 10am to 7.30pm
PM Shift: 2.30pm to 12 MN
(Working hours are subjected to changes based on operational needs)
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth running of the Ice Rink's operations by coordinating staff and resources to meet the demands of the public and other stakeholders
- Manage a team of customer service staff and ensure delivery of quality customer service
- Familiar with procurement, purchasing and coordination with service vendor for any operational issues
- Ensure all financial procedures are followed at all times and to liaise with Finance to facilite and ensure proper administration
- Preparation and activation of duty roster, operational needs and to make the necessary provisions to ensure efficient and effective daily operations at the ice rink
- Assist in planning for promotions, activities and engagement of stakeholders
