To facilitate treasury and markets agreements e.g. ISDA CSA GMRA GMSLA FXA negotiations with Financial Institutions clients including both Banks and Non-Bank (FI clients), working with FI RM, GM Sales and GM Legal, and where required with external legal counsels.
To familiarise with OCBC Treasury Documentation Standard (TDS) Policy and Credit Agreement Documentation Standard (CADS) minimum provision requirements.
To work on obtaining internal deviation approval working with FI RM, GM Sales, FI Credit Analyst and FI Credit Risk Management.
To coordinate with GM BMU to prioritise the documentation negotiation by client names and product types with inputs from FI RM and GM Sales.
To track status of the documentation negotiations with GM BMU, and to escalate to FI RM and GM Sales if negotiations not progressing.
To develop a database overtime on common requests and push backs by FI clients on the terms and conditions, against the TDS and CADS.
To conduct regular training sessions relating to market documentation to relevant internal stakeholders to bring up overall documentation understanding and negotiation

Qualifications
University degree holder with
10 years relevant experience in treasury and market front, middle or back office, in handling legal documentations. * Strong knowledge on treasury and markets products and regulatory frameworks.
Possess initiative, drive, and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Strong negotiation skills and aptitude for legal terminology with an eye for details.
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Able to multi-task and able to cope under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications - MS Excel and Words.
