Job Description




We are looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant to join our global design community. As our new Executive Administrative Assistant you will be part of an interdisciplinary studio with landscape architecture, urban design and urban hydrology expertise, working on sustainable projects worldwide. We have delivered innovative and sustainable design solutions for a wide range of developments through our multidisciplinary expertise in master planning, urban design, and landscape architecture.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Assist in organising appointments, meetings, and providing administrative support to high-level executives
  • Coordinating Business Development efforts and assisting in related activities
  • Preparing tender documents for submission and maintaining liaison with external parties
  • Managing documents, reports, records, and ensuring compliance with office standards, including meticulous filing
  • Providing logistics support for office events and workshops, including planning, organization, and coordination
Qualifications

What are we looking for?

For this role, we believe your starting point is:
  • Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
  • A detail-oriented self-starter who demonstrates resourcefulness and a can-do attitude
  • Thrives in a fast-paced work environment and can time manage effectively to prioritize tasks
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills to maintain high-quality documentation
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English, with a strong visual acuity for presentations and materials
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign is an advantage.
