What the role is:The Legal Industry Division is responsible for policies relating to legal industry development, international partnerships in the legal field, legal sector regulation, and legal sector manpower development. You will be part of a dynamic team that works to develop Singapore\'s legal services sector.What you will be working on:You will provide administrative support for the division, which may include: \xe2\x80\xa2 Processing queries and applications for exemption from the requirements for admission to the Singapore Bar; \xe2\x80\xa2 Facilitating processes related to manpower needs and capability development for the legal sector; \xe2\x80\xa2 Supporting engagement efforts involving stakeholders in the legal sector; and \xe2\x80\xa2 Supporting preparation work for official trips and events.What we are looking for:*Key Competencies Required* \xe2\x80\xa2 [Administration Management]: Deliver administrative services and solutions to support the organisation\'s operations \xe2\x80\xa2 [Secretariat Support]: Administer secretarial functions and provide support in secretarial matters relating to key stakeholders \xe2\x80\xa2 [Document Management]: Provide administrative support in the production of documents such as registry records, annual reports. *Work Experience / Personal Traits* \xe2\x80\xa2 Diploma in any discipline. A diploma in law would be useful but not essential; \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 2 years of work experience in the administrative work and/or event planning; \xe2\x80\xa2 Highly motivated, with a strong sense of initiative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment; \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong planning and organisational skills; \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage people at all levels and work effectively both as an individual contributor and in a team setting; and \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong spoken and written communication skills.
