Job Description

- Position Title: Executive Assistant/ Personal Assistant
- Working Location: Buroh Crescent (Transport provided from JE MRT)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am – 6 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $4,200 + Allowance + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Assist the ACOO by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; and initiating telecommunications
- Maintain ACOO schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, travel, and reporting deadlines
- Manage guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, and answering or directing inquiries
- Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information
- Represent the ACOO by attending meetings in the ACOO’s absence and speaking for the ACOO, as and when required
- Record meetings discussion, and minutes, formalize the information and follow up action
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications etc.
- At least Degree holder.
- Minimum 3 years of related working experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting senior management.
- Experienced in managing multiple calendars.
