Position Title: Executive Assistant/ Personal Assistant
Working Location: Buroh Crescent (Transport provided from JE MRT)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am – 6 pm
Salary Package: Up to $4,200 + Allowance + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Assist the ACOO by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; and initiating telecommunications
Maintain ACOO schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, travel, and reporting deadlines
Manage guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, and answering or directing inquiries
Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information
Represent the ACOO by attending meetings in the ACOO’s absence and speaking for the ACOO, as and when required
Record meetings discussion, and minutes, formalize the information and follow up action
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications etc.

At least Degree holder.
Minimum 3 years of related working experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting senior management.
Experienced in managing multiple calendars.
