Plan, organize and manage events and functions for the department.
Maintain and establish (if necessary) the filing system (both online and offline).
Perform errands for the department such as routing of documents for approval, collating and sending of documents to other departments (both online and hardcopy).
Assist to compile, update and keep track of laboratory related contracts.
Assist with billing workflows like interdepartment billings and checking of invoices.
Raise Procurement Requests (PR), ePay, eSundry, etc.
Management of office inventory - purchasing of basic office and laboratory supplies, pantry food, etc from the system, receiving and stock checks of office inventory.
Perform clerical duties such as data entry, photocopy, scan, fax documents, compiling of department data, sorting and distribution of mails to the appropriate staff, booking of courses and facilities, etc.
Back up for department secretary.
Any other duties as assigned by the HOD/ Director/ Manager.
Job Requirements
Diploma holder.
IT Savvy - proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Able to work Monday - Thursday 8am to 5.30pm, Friday 8am to 5pm.
At least 6 - 7 years of relevant working experience for Senior position.
