About our client

Our client is one of the largest Private Equity firms, globally recognised and highly reputable. They are seeking a high calibre Executive Assistant to join their office based in Singapore to support the Asian Investor Relations team. This is an immediate hire and they are looking for someone who is able to join as soon as possible.

What the job involves

  • Support, set up and coordinate meetings
  • Diary management
  • Travel arrangements
  • Roadshow & event coordination
  • Able to deal with unforeseen events/issues in a timely manner - even if it is out of office hours
  • Able to support a team that is based across different locations in Asia Pacific
Who we are looking for
  • Bachelor\'s degree required
  • Broad knowledge of Private Equity preferred
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Highly detail oriented
  • Strong communication skills
  • Quick learner with ability to quickly turn around ad-hoc requests and meet deadlines
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability and willingness to work as part of a team
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and maturity to prioritize effectively
