FLA Executive AssistantJob description- Monitor monthly sales of Fame Leaders Academy (FLA)- Oversee FLA's omnichannel operations (digital and face to face)- Promote services of the company through digital and direct marketing- Closely coordinate with FLA's key opinion leaders, HnL contributors, and medical societies- Conduct product presentation to clients- Lead and coordinate PR activities and marketing events of FLA- Discuss contract terms and packages for digital ad placement and other services- Coordinate materials with the creatives team and other concerns of the project- Coordinate and follow up details and requirements of the project of clients- Courtesy call with the existing and potential clients- Develop new clients through direct marketing and by attending conventions and exhibits.- Build and maintain client business relationship- Monitor FLA account receivables with the assistance of accounting department- Prepare and submit weekly status, progress and sales reportMinimum Requirements: - A graduate of Mass Communication/ Marketing or any related course.- Excellent in Oral and Written Communication Skills.- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Monthly Salary: 20k - 25k + transportation allowanceJob Type: Full-timePay: From Php20,000.00 per monthBenefits:
