ibis Singapore on Bencoolen is looking for a passionate Hotelier ready to lead a high performing team in a multi award winning 538 room Hotel in Central Singapore. The successful applicant will need to be a passionate leader who is focused on our Guests, Heartists and Financial results equally. She/he will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth day to day operations of Room Division and Food & Beverages. In addition, we are looking for a leader with a genuine passion in developing our Heartists\' careers and ensuring they are happy & motivated. Finally you will need to always be focused on ensuring all Accor Key Performance Indicators are achieved or exceeded.

The successful applicant will also work closely with Sales, Finance and Talent & Culture to further drive a culture of performance, passion and job fulfilment for all.

• Effective and efficient implementation of the Food & Beverage Business plan and accompanying marketing strategies.
• A strong understanding of the Hotels P&L, with active management to ensure we work within our budget.
• Ensure consistent brand compliance and the highest standards of customer service in Front Office and Food & Beverages operations.
• Develop, recommend, implement and manage the operational department\xe2\x80\x99s annual and long term goals.
• Conduct daily briefing with management on current key activities to ensure consistent and effective communication across the business.
• Ensures optimal compliance with Accor audits, local health and safety, and other statutory regulations.
• Evaluates changes in guest needs, guest mix and competitive set. Recommend appropriate products/services and operational changes as necessary.
• Anticipate and address guest issues, establish proactive processes to promote guest satisfaction and incident reporting consistency.
• Communicate in an effective and timely manner with General Manager and Heads of Departments on matters which require their attention.
• Represent the Brand in projecting a credible image to the market, local community and colleagues alike.
• Be present to personally welcome key VIPs, and assist to entertain Key Sales Accounts as required.
• Help to ensure all Marketing and PR Communications materials are in compliance with the Brand Marketing guidelines.
• Be visible around the hotel and show an active interest in our colleagues\xe2\x80\x99 welfare.
• Help and support in establishment of positive Hotel Owner relations through proper and appropriate communications with the appointed Owner\xe2\x80\x99s representative.
• Follow appropriate protocol in communicating with the appointed Owner\xe2\x80\x99s representative and keep the General Manager informed of such communications.
• Run the Hotel in the absence of the General Manager in a professional, kind & passionate manner.
• Participate in Revenue Meeting and Sales calls.
