Job Description

QUALIFICATION

  • Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Bachelor degree in any Business coarse and with pleasing personality
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • To provide administrative services including daily management scheduling, booking meetings and others
  • To ensure all correspondence and relevant materials are produced in timely and accurately manner
  • To coordinate departmental reports and documentation for Executive meetings with outside partners
  • To provide administrative support to the Executives in the leadership and management of the organization
  • Other duties that may assign from time to time such as role as a receptionist, answering incoming calls
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSchedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
  • Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Pasig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
  • Executive Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
  • English (Preferred)
