Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Organize and coordinate meetings as necessary2. Relay messages and instructions to different departments and conduct necessary follow ups3. Organize corporate documents4. Prepare contracts5. Prepare presentations, budgets, pricing quotations, etc- Graduate of any 4 year Business or Communications courseAt least two years experience in a relevant position Familiarity in basic Philippine laws on contracts an advantageSkills:

  • Advance MS Office knowledge, specifically Excel 2
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast-pace setting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willing to learn and grow alongside the company
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php14,500.00 - Php20,000.00 per monthSchedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
