Job Description

1.Graduate of any 4-years course2. With at least 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.3.Knowledge in Google, Google Apps Like Maps, Calendar, Gmail, Drive4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint5. Can operate phones, computers/laptops, printers, and other office machines.6. Manage and records all noted pertaining to minutes of the meetings & discussion7. Can manage schedules, meetings & email correspondence in timely manner8. smart, confident, with excellent communication skills, with good command of English, with high level of accuracy & attention to details.9.Handles confidential and sensitive information of the Company10. Can work on extended hours if needed;11. Willing to hold office in Novaliches Quezon CityJob Types: Full-time, PermanentJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:
