Job Responsibilities: Manage carefully engineered electronic calendars of ZP executives Submit local & overseas expenses for Executives Manage daily correspondences, communication - face-to-face, by phone or email Organize high-level and regional meetings and hosts Microsoft team calls Organize extensive travel and prepares complex travel itineraries of ZP executives including hotel accommodation, visa, travel guidelines, etc Plan, organize, and manage various internal & external company meetings on logistics e.g., booking of meeting rooms, organize working lunch/tea breaks, set-up meeting rooms Organize internal business unit's events as and when required such as ACES Awards, Townhalls, Conferences, etc. Handle reception duties - answering of calls, courier services in the absence of Receptionist Any other ad hoc support requested by EVPJob Requirements: Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience Familiar with various Microsoft Applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Candidate must have an experience in Office Management Ability to communicate effectively and follow verbal and written instructions. Skill in basic filing and recordkeeping. Can work with minimum supervision and with sense of urgency Basic technical competencies such as scheduling calendars, travel arrangement, record-keeping and office management
