Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Process and monitoring of claims for Medisave, Medishield Life and PMI.
- Liaise with Medical Record Office, internal and external parties on Claims related queries.
- Work with Clinicians, Nurses or Operations colleagues to rectify error cases.
- Monitor payment from MCPS payment agency.
- Adjust errors generated from MCPS payment.
Requirements:
- GCE 'A' level or Higher NITEC
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office suite.
- Organized, detail-oriented and a team player.
- Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Good verbal communications and writting skills.
- Motivated, proactive and optimistic about challenges.
