Job Description

Responsibilities: Provide seamless support to the management team Proactively manage complex calendar and scheduling for management Provide excellent administrative coordination between business units Able to prepare expenses report for management Admin and management of cross-functional meetings and travel arrangements Co-ordinate and compile paperwork, documents and presentations slides Able to handle all information with discretion and strict confidentiality Anticipate challenges and to accordingly plan ahead of need Perform other clerical or administrative duties as requiredRequirements: Minimum 3 years with relevant experience Responsible and able to work with minimal supervision Self-starter Pleasant disposition Meticulous and diplomatic Able to multitask and prioritize daily work Good Interpersonal & Communication skills, both verbal and spoken Strong experience in travel arrangement and coordination Strong working knowledge in Microsoft office
