Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Provide seamless support to the management team
  • Proactively manage complex calendar and scheduling for management
  • Provide excellent administrative coordination between business units
  • Able to prepare expenses report for management
  • Admin and management of cross-functional meetings and travel arrangements
  • Co-ordinate and compile paperwork, documents and presentations slides
  • Able to handle all information with discretion and strict confidentiality
  • Anticipate challenges and to accordingly plan ahead of need
  • Perform other clerical or administrative duties as required
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years with relevant experience
  • Responsible and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Self-starter
  • Pleasant disposition
  • Meticulous and diplomatic
  • Able to multitask and prioritize daily work
  • Good Interpersonal & Communication skills, both verbal and spoken
  • Strong experience in travel arrangement and coordination
  • Strong working knowledge in Microsoft office
