We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide support for daily and business issues assigned by the Group Managing Director of Toll Group. The role As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering strategic value and being a "sounding board" to the MD
  • Managing relationships with senior C suite adeptly and sensitively
  • Supporting the delivery of projects and company initiatives. Acting as the executive point of contact, communicating with stakeholders and actioning requests to coordinate communications and ensure the achievement of objectives and timeframes
  • Assisting with the management of the diary and inbox including company meetings and events, Executive Team Leadership meetings, offsites, 1:1s, external (including customer and supplier) meetings
  • Providing administration support across travel, expense reconciliation and PO generation
  • Preparing communications, reports, presentations and correspondence. Assisting at board meetings, chairing meetings and managing meeting agendas.


Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline with at least 8- 10 years experience as an Executive Assistant at a senior level within a large complex organisation
  • Exceptional communication skills with senior stakeholders
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Powerpoint and MS Teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to deal diplomatically and effectively with senior leaders, internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise and maintain confidentiality
