Responsibilities

  • Act as the point of contact for smooth and effective communications among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
  • Format information for internal and external communication \xe2\x80\x93 memos, emails, presentations, reports
  • Organise, schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for the executive team
  • Arrange and coordinate travel and accommodation plans
  • Manage employee expenses
  • Manage and assist with research and special projects as needed

Requirements

  • At least five years of executive assistant experience or project management role
  • Experience supporting leadership team
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong familiarity with Google enterprise products (Gmail, Calendar, Docs) and a passion for implementing technology to increase efficiency
  • Good project management and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong scheduling and coordination skills, and comfortable with last-minute changes
  • Discretion and confidentiality
