We are looking for an Executive Assistant
The role will start out as a contract
Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred
The Talent
Minimum 2 years of experience working with executives or supporting teams in an administrative-related role.
Tech/IT industry background is a plus
Experience in supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events
Experience in calendar management over international timezones, travel scheduling and booking, and budgeting of events.
Calendar management for 1 leader
Travel Coordination; Manage travel booking and planning on behalf of the assigned executives including management of foreign visa applications and approval process
Event and Calendar Support; Scheduling and coordination of meetings, including the provision of room or venue booking, logistics and catering support for business related events
Overseeing expense submission reports and benefits claims in accordance to company policy - including review of expense report submissions that require leader\'s approvals
Raising of purchase orders and other expense-related matters as required
Liaising with other administrators, IT, Security or Facilities personnel to provide the necessary administrative support for personnel
Coordination of support/on-boarding for new hires to the team as needed
Managing agenda and content for meetings
Supporting other administrative needs, as required
Facilities Management; work with concierge and reception desk, co-ordinate queries related to meeting room set-ups, solving facility issues, office supply
