Provide

Own and drive talent sourcing initiatives

Onboard and manage external recruiters and recruitment partners

Support end-to-end

Requirements
Diploma or Degree in
Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
.
Minimum 5 years' experience
in executive support, office management, HR administration, or senior executive secretary roles.
Hands-on experience in recruitment
, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating with external recruiters or hiring partners.
Strong knowledge of
Singapore employment laws
, HR practices, and payroll processes.
Proficiency in
MS Office
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with
HRIS / ATS systems

Exceptional
organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills
