Job Description

**Schedule meetings and manage calendars
Answer phone calls and emails and take messages
Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
Help with daily time management
Run CEO's personal errands as requested
Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
Coordinate events and engagements
Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
Read correspondence such as emails, letters and legal documents
Take care of CEO's family matters*Requirements*Fresh Grads / O Levels
Personal Assistant Experience added advantage
Strong interpersonal skills
Tech-savvy and experience with word processing and email programs
Active listener and good communication skills
Pro-active, takes initiatives, responsible
Ability to multitask and meticulous to details
Strong time-management and organization skills
Must be able to do translation and good command in English to Chinese
Willing to travel (Oversea with CEO)
