DIVISION: RTG Group Asia VACANT POSITION: Executive Assistant to CEO RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides high level administrative support to CEO including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, processing reimbursements and coordinating travel arrangements. Serve as a gatekeeper for the CEO, screening calls and emails, and prioritizing messages for action. Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations and other materials as requested. Draft, review, and proofread correspondence and other documents for the CEO. Manage projects as assigned, ensuring timely completion and delivery. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with utmost discretion. Facilitate internal communication (e.g. distribute information and schedule presentations). Perform other duties as assigned. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 5 years\' similar or relevant positions Solid experience with office management systems and MS Office. Familiarity with online calendars and cloud systems. Strong communication skills (via phone, email and in-person). Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information. Good time management & ability to prioritize duties. Comfortable interacting with senior executives, clients, and other high-level stakeholders. Good teamwork, good EQ, resourcefulness, problem solving mindset. Knowledge of Chinese language a plus.
