This role is responsible for providing full range of secretarial and administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer, Middle East, Africa, Turkey & Asia Pacific, Power Brands.

He/she will also assist in various projects across the regions within the MEA, Turkey, Asia-Pacific Hub.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage Chief Financial Officer\xe2\x80\x99s emails and contact database
  • Manage calendar/ schedule to ensure effective time management
  • Manage and coordinate all travel-related arrangements and documents
  • Process travel expense claims
  • Organise meetings and prepare meeting materials, presentation slides, minutes of meeting and/or reports
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, mail and general enquiries
  • Assist with the coordination of projects
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to understand and navigate complex stakeholder environments
  • Strong focus and passion for hospitality business
  • Confident and articulate
  • Good communication, negotiation, relationship and networking skills
  • Time management skills with the ability to multitask
  • Strong personal integrity
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with drive, ambition and high level of energy
  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of team members
  • Flexible and able to embrace and respond effectively to change
