YOUR ROLE * Provide secretarial support to Managing Director * Responsible for travel management for Singapore team * Procurement governance for travel policies and hotel arrangements (Singapore only) * Provide direct PMO support on speci YOUR ROLE Provide secretarial support to Managing Director Responsible for travel management for Singapore team Procurement governance for travel policies and hotel arrangements (Singapore only) Provide direct PMO support on specific project assignments and management slides for all meetings Coordinate all projects timelines for the country from CL, Air, Ocean and Ground monthly Deliver the minutes with actions for all meetings directly to all stakeholders WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO Provide secretarial support to the Managing Director including but no limited to managing calendar, expense reports, composing and preparing correspondences, arranging and coordinating travel plans, itineraries and agendas for travel-related meetings Manage administration of meetings, country events, townhall and minutes writing Provide support to country team with travel arrangements, lodging and meeting planning as needed Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the MD and internal stakeholders demonstrating leadership to main credibility, trust and support with senior management staff and regional team Prioritizes conflicting needs handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on completion. Require to prepare power-point slides and perform data analysis when required Work closely and effectively with country heads of departments, regional leaders and global and to keep CMD well informed of any upcoming commitments that requires CMD to be updated. Ensure that projects and programs are effectively managed and communicated across the Company Partner with the business units/functions, BD and management to develop and implement project plans, including the identification and establishment of an implementation team WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or equivalent 5 years of relevant experience Experience with managing complex changes and conflicting priorities Demonstrates discretion with sensitive/confidential matters Organized, energetic, proactive with ability to multi-task, takes new responsibilities with a can-do attitude High sense of responsibility and work ownership Strong project management and IT skills - MS Office Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders Effective communicator at all levels Good organizational skills Calm under pressure Flexible approach to work times & locations WHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFER With a genuine culture of reward and recognition, we want our employees to grow, develop and be part of our journey.
