Job Summary: This position holder will assist the VP, CES SE Asia and provide management support to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the executive office and the company. In addition, the role is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of office Responsibilities: Manage and administer the executive office functions including: Coordinate internal and external meetings required by the VP, CES SE Asia Set the meeting agenda and gather appropriate input to the management meetings Attend meetings and produce minutes Work closely with the VP, CES SE Asia to ensure that all elements of the executive office are operating smoothly, including the review of key correspondence and presentation material and Handle confidential personal records and correspondence Manage and administer the general office administration functions including: Oversee and handle full range of general office administration functions such as office maintenance & renovation, office supplies & equipment, licenses', leasing and management, office facilities, tenancy contracts and related matters etc to ensure an efficient operation is put in place as well as ensure timely reporting on the progress Develop , implement and review administration policies, procedures and system to ensure in line with the company strategies / objectives Liaise with both interna and external parties to ensure timely and smooth transactions of all general administration related affairs Monitor suppliers' performance, source appropriate vendors to ensure fulfilling the budget allocation and service quality standard of the Company and Actively participate in the business planning process and event management Work closely with HR & Finance APAC Headquarters and coordinate across various geographies Carry out ad hoc projects as directed, and perform other tasks as assigned by the immediate manager. Requirements: 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Administration. 3-5 years as an Executive Assistant to a General Manager or VP of MNC or a division of a MNC. Bachelor degree in Business Administration, or Management related discipline is preferred Excellent verbal and written skills Highly skilled in Microsoft Office applications Knowledge on event management and marketing communications Ability to effectively communicate with a vast array of people including employees, executives and external parties Good organizational and project management skills, able to multi-task and prioritize work load Be proactive and solution oriented, able to work independently Possesses strong analytical skills and detailed oriented Energetic, displays a positive attitude to colleagues and customers in all situations HOW TO APPLY: Interested applicants, please click on ' Apply Now ' or email to to submit your resume.
