Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities Your standard responsibilities will lie in the management and everyday running of the business, whilst assisting the director and other teams in building and preparing our businesses for future stages of growth. The key elements of the role will include but not be limited to the following:
- Assisting Director and management team as advised
- Treat sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality. - Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel. - Identify, modify and improve work processes where necessary. - Attend meetings with Director and take sufficient meeting logs as well as prepare meeting board rooms when required
- Assistance and management of company information
- Policy, procedures, processes, forms, and documentation - Document filing to appropriate locations (hardware and software) - General office upkeep Requirements

• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
• Familiar with global mainstream apps, sensitive to their new functions and marketing campaign
• Strong desire and attitude for learning with an inquisitive mind
• Ability to work independently with little direct supervision and take initiative to solve problems
• Passionate about the crypto industry. Having blockchain / Cryptocurrency/NFT/Defi knowledge is an advantage
