(3years) Executive, Auxiliary Services SINGAPOREANS/ PRs ONLY ( Salary - $2,800 to $3,200 ) LOCATION Jurong | Pioneer JOB DESCRIPTION Oversees the management of estate leases and commercial services, such as leasing of spaces for food and beverages, amenities & lifestyle services, short-term accommodation, meetings/events, as well as the management of auxiliary services such as car parks and shuttle bus services for the campus. Daily Operations: . Manning of the shuttle bus hotline . Manning the shuttle bus and carpark role-based email accounts . Ensure shuttle bus and carpark operations are running smoothly by working closely with vendors . Processing invoices in Ariba for the following services - Shuttle Bus - raising of monthly PO / PR and invoices. . Checking of monthly carpark's Statement of Account (SOA). Other Tasks: . Investigate and handle 2nd level complaints / issues . Spot check on vendors by conducting physical checks on the ground . Conduct audits on vendors and issue LDs for non-compliances . Configuration and maintenance of LED signboards . Manage event requests for carparks . Work with vendor for carpark maintenance and re-painting of carpark lots . Set up meetings for internal and external stakeholders . Analyse data on operational issues as and when needed . Keep proper records of documentation WORKING HOURS . Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 5.45pm . Fridays: 8.30am to 5.15pm (with 45 mins - 1 hour lunch breaks) . Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays JOB REQUIREMENTS . Diploma . 2 years of relevant experience in managing administration / procurement, contracts management, financial transactions, and operations management . Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) . Excellent communication skills . Strong problem-solving skills .
