The opportunity:
We are seeking to hire a Brand Partner Marketing Executive - you will be responsible for supporting & executing brand marketing plans for Sephora brand partners that drive sales and keep Sephora competitive and beloved by clients. You will partner with brands to optimize programs using Sephora\'s marketing levers through omni-channel execution.
Responsibilities:
Brand Campaigns Planning
Lead: Conceptualise and execute brand campaigns in collaboration with Marketing, E-Commerce, and Category Management team
Plan for campaigns within the larger Sephora Marketing ecosystem and branding objectives
Work with channel owners to schedule communications and ensure prompt and accurate execution
Execute operational onsite and in-store set up, including promo codes, collaterals and web banners
Support the Regional Brand Partner Marketing team with digital & in-store marketing activities to drive excitement and traffic to both channels
Communicate with Retail teams on in-store brand eventing setup and execution, as well as ensure online/app setup of event booking page
Sephora Campaigns Support
Collaborate with brands to support Campaigns Marketing team in key commercial campaigns/thematic campaigns
Procure brand GWPs and samples to support campaign mechanics
Deconflict brand campaigns with overall Singapore Marketing Calendar and optimise brand collaboration angles
Brand Marketing Advisory
In close collaboration with Category Management team, advise the brands on how to win at Sephora from a channel marketing standpoint, including sampling strategy, social media strategy, co-op advertising and consumer messaging to achieve mutually beneficial business objectives
Navigate conversations with and advise brands on both strategic and tactical marketing proposals
For select brands with limited marketing means, advise on general marketing strategies and the best use of the brand\'s marketing resources, both inside and outside of the immediate world of Sephora
Analyse and report on Sephora and brand ROI for collaborative marketing. Utilise data to make recommendations to deliver win-wins for both the brands and Sephora
Day-to-day planning of our Brand Partners\' marketing communications by working with our key internal stakeholders (Regional Category Management Team, Local Category Management Team, and Country Marketing Team) to execute on planning
Reporting and Analysis
Conduct monthly post-mortem on all brand campaigns with data and statistics analysis to be shared with wider team
Prepare best practices sharing for brands for key campaigns
Create key guides for brands on opportunities for collaboration, guidelines to partner with Sephora, campaign participation and communications package
Attend brand market weeks twice yearly and share Sephora insights and opportunities to amplify with Sephora
We would love to hear from you if you have:
Bachelor\'s degree in relevant discipline (Marketing, Mass Communication, PR & Advertising or Business)
At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in beauty industry
Sound understanding of marketing principles, with strong copy/content writing skills
Proven project management skills, strong administration and organizational skills
Strong commercial acumen with sound understanding of commercial KPIs and numbers
Confident with all Microsoft Office packages
Personable, presentable and articulate
An excellent networker
Eager to contribute new ideas and be up to date with the latest beauty trends
Quick-thinking and adaptive in a high-paced environment
Able to work independently as well as part of a team
